Michael Averko, www.eurasiareview.com – Don’t expect human rights advocate Samantha Power and “the paper of record” to denounce The Wall Street Journal for running the above noted ad. Power heads the US delegation which voted against a UN resolution, denouncing the glorification of Nazism. Kiev regime controlled Ukraine and Canada were the only two other nations voting against that resolution, that was supported by numerous countries, including Israel.
Power and The New York Times railed against Russia’s stance in not accepting Srebrenica as a genocide. What happened to the Armenians more accurately reflects a genocide than what occurred at Srebrenica – a war crime summary execution of Muslim males, likely numbering in the hundreds than the thousands. (The latter figure claimed by people who trumped up Bosnian Civil War related casualty and rape figures.) At issue with Srebrenica is the matter of clearly establishing those killed as armed combatants, collateral damage and the war crime of summary execution – adding that Serbs were killed there as well under the same categories.
If Srebrenica technically constitutes a genocide, than Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Dresden are indicative of a super genocide. US mass media has been lax in noting how Power sanctimoniously bashes Russia on Srebrenica, while being part of a government that doesn’t formally recognize the Armenian Genocide.
